Orders are processed and shipped within 2-6 days. Delivery timing depends on the option chosen. Be aware that, due to current events, shipping delays are to be expected.

If you would like healing or other services, you can order them through our shop. Then, you’ll receive an email with instructions on how to schedule your session. If you have any questions, you can contact us through email or Twitter.

Orders of merchandise are not able to be canceled, and there are no returns unless you receive an incorrect item.

Orders of services are refundable until the session itself takes place. Once the session begins, services are not refundable unless mutually cancelled by the provider and the client.
